Location: New York, NY 10036 - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay Range: ($27-$30) on an hourly basis.
Start Date: Sep 2026
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain content programming schedules and release calendars.
  • Coordinate content launches with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain accurate data in Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Track scheduling changes, distribute programming calendars, and ensure timely communication.
  • Support content strategy, launch planning, and operational workflows.
  • Utilize Excel and project management tools to manage scheduling data and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in content planning, program scheduling, content operations, streaming, or television.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and scheduling tools.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Workspace, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools; Jira and Airtable are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of television, streaming platforms, programming strategies, and media consumption trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
