THE ROLE

We're looking for a Denver-based Production Manager to join our team at Wordbank โ€“ a global marketing localization agency that helps streaming entertainment brands reach, engage, and retain international audiences. Youโ€™ll work in our downtown Denver office Tuesday-Thursday, with remote Mondays and Fridays.

Youโ€™ll be accountable for overseeing the high-quality production of creative assets (including synopses, title cards, and artwork) and building and maintaining strong relationships with our key client partners across the streaming industry.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL OWN
  • Operational Delivery & Performance: Lead the delivery of 2โ€“3 workstreams, overseeing fast-moving production of localized, multilingual assets for our streaming clients. Drive automation and continuous workflow improvements to challenge the status quo and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and scale with the autonomy to introduce change and iterate improvements.
  • Team Leadership: With a deep understanding of client needs and the related processes and systems that enable operational excellence, you will lead a global team of 4-8 Production Coordinators, partnering with other internal departments to scale creative workstream operations profitably.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as the lead point of contact for multiple workstreams, building trust and strong relationships with key clients.
  • Workstream Profitability: Champion workstream profitability and oversee financial forecasts, quotes, and billing. Monitor and optimize workstream cost of sale to hit financial targets.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • You haveโ€ฆ
  • Strategic client partner experience, with a track record of adding value beyond execution.
  • 5+ years in operations or account management with a deep understanding of the creative localization process.
  • Enterprise-level campaign/creative program management.
  • Technical proficiency and expertise in Google Sheets for dataโ€‘led analysis.
  • An AI-forward mindset where you use tools that are safe and approved for our client work to support creative workflows and replace mundane tasks.
  • Dataโ€‘driven decisionโ€‘making experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in inspiring people leadership, preferably managing global distributed teams.
