Title: Digital Product Content & Optimization Specialist

Our Mission

We’re on a mission to make our products stand out in the crowded Amazon marketplace—not just to sell, but to create an exceptional shopping experience that delights customers and builds lasting brand loyalty. We believe in the power of great storytelling, data-driven decisions, and visuals that inspire action.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Amazon Product Content & Optimization Specialist, you’ll be the architect behind how our products are discovered, perceived, and purchased. From crafting compelling A+ Content pages to fine-tuning keywords for maximum visibility, your work will directly influence our sales growth, brand reputation, and customer trust.

What You'll Do

  • Set up new product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Build visually engaging and conversion-focused A+ Content pages, collaborating with our design team to bring product stories to life.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or MerchantWords to optimize titles, bullet points, and backend search terms.
  • Audit and update existing listings to improve SEO, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor listing performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to maintain top rankings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, suppressed products, or policy compliance alerts.
  • Manage image library for all brands
  • Manage catalog updates throughout the season
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure all digital assets are available, current and accurate

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central listings and creating A+ Content.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and ranking strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to write clear, persuasive product copy.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • A creative, collaborative environment where your ideas directly shape our brand presence.
  • Flexible work arrangements—remote or hybrid options available.
  • Access to premium Amazon optimization tools and training resources.
  • Opportunities to expand your skills into PPC campaigns, brand registry management, and marketplace expansion.

We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity.
