Job description

Are you a Social Media pro? A gamer, a digital shopper, fingers that strike the keys with fire you engage so quickly? Love the digital landscape? We have the project for you!

ModSquad has partnered with multiple top tier brands/clients across the globe and we need the best of the best in Content Moderation!

We are looking for experienced Moderator with experience in child trust and safety to join our remote team. As a member of this project you will monitor & moderate social feeds for issues raised by the public and respond where appropriate using pre-approved text. You will also escalate issues to our client's security where appropriate.


Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
Monday: 6am-10am PT

Tuesday to Friday: 6am-11am

Saturday & Sunday: 6am-2pm
Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
20 hours per week
90 days

What We Are Looking For:

  • Has experience moderating user-created projects and live-streamed content to determine the level of safety

  • Must be focused on the task ahead

  • Should be comfortable with the possibility of viewing extreme or disturbing content.

  • Experience with child trust and safety

  • Understanding of high-level child safety processes

  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
