Job description


I. Job Summary
The Digital Content Designer works cross-functionally with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and Front-End Engineers to implement modern experiences that delight customers on WM.com and other digital channels that receive millions of visits per month. The role crafts content for WM.com, the new My WM mobile app and additional digital properties to meet customer acquisition and retention objectives across WM's key lines of business. 
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Works with stakeholders from market areas and various corporate functions to conceptualize and implement new pages on WM.com, including visual direction and content strategy
  • Collaborates with brand team to ensure visual and content standards are consistently upheld on WM.com
  • Participates in daily stand-ups and grooming sessions with technical teams to discuss the implementation of new features and functionality on WM.com
  • Reviews and approves content provided by content analysts and outside agencies to ensure relevance, clarity and accuracy
  • Plans research initiatives in collaboration with the User Experience team to ensure customer needs are consistently met through WM.com content
  • Ensures WM.com content is optimized for maximum SEO value in collaboration with Digital Marketing team
  • Optimizes site performance and technical architecture in collaboration with design and development teams; finding ways to improve content taxonomy and regularly documenting new processes and procedures related to content optimization


III. Qualifications 
A. Required Qualifications 
 

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Communications, Marketing, Writing or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • 5 years relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)

Pay: The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $___ - $___. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
