Job description

The Marketing Operations Associate is a key member of the Fishbowl Solutions marketing team. We are on the cutting edge of technology, using AI tools like Claude every day to accelerate content drafting, reporting, and campaign coordination. You will own responsibilities that impact demand for our products and services, partnering with Sales to create and implement marketing campaigns that influence customer and partner perception. You will be focused on streamlining our online assets, Eloqua marketing automation, and CRM to drive engagement and measurable results across website, social media, email, webinars, trade shows, and customer events. You will also serve as the internal liaison for our thirdโ€‘party business development partner and own our customer case study program end to end. As a member of the marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving company growth.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate who is proactive by nature: someone who arrives at weekly review with firstโ€‘draft copy, content calendar updates, and campaign proposals already in hand, rather than waiting to be assigned the work. A marketer who values applying insights from SEO, data analytics, and CRM to sharpen digital marketing content and priorities, and who treats AI tooling as a daily habit rather than an occasional shortcut. If you are a marketing professional with experience in one or more of these areas, apply today. At Fishbowl Solutions, we hire for talent and train for skill!

As Marketing Operations Associate, a typical day might include:

  • Arriving at weekly marketing review with firstโ€‘draft copy, content calendar updates, and campaign proposals already in hand
  • Using AI tools like Claude as a daily habit to draft content, summarize reports, and speed up campaign coordination
  • Creating and executing marketing campaigns in Eloqua, from creative briefs and email invites to landing pages and target contact lists
  • Producing and maintaining sales enablement materials, including case studies, battlecards, and campaign collateral
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our thirdโ€‘party business development partner, tracking SLAs and reviewing outbound messaging
  • Running our customer case study program end to end, from identifying stories in the sales pipeline to interviews, drafting, and publishing
  • Promoting Fishbowl's activities and presence at customer and industry events, including Oracle OpenWorld and PTC Live
  • Monitoring and working to improve Fishbowl's page rankings (SEO) and website user journeys
  • Providing CRM support and data hygiene, and delivering regular marketing performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • 2โ€‘4 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Associate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated daily-use fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for drafting copy, generating reporting summaries, and accelerating campaign coordination
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with Eloqua or comparable marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, including tools such as Yoast SEO for WordPress
  • Experience with one or more graphic design programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Experience with Google Analytics or related program

Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications a plus

What Fishbowl Solutions can offer you
  • A small, highโ€‘growth company that allows employees to determine their career trajectory
  • An environment of continuous learning and opportunity to quickly expand responsibilities
  • A place that fosters a teamโ€‘first environment; focused on collaborating, developing meaningful relationships, and enabling crossโ€‘functional work
  • Direct experience in solving clients' business problems with worldโ€‘class technology solutions
  • A conveniently located office in St. Louis Park, MN, free parking. Located right off the Cedar Lake Regional Trail, near downtown Minneapolis and the Midtown Greenway
  • Opportunities to participate in companyโ€‘sponsored activities like kickball and broomball, social events and happy hours, professional sporting events, potluck lunches, and volunteer opportunities in the local community

Fishbowl Solutions is a quickly growing, entrepreneurial company that values the customer first, teamwork, intellectual agility, ambition, and continuous learning. At Fishbowl Solutions, we hire for talent and train for skill. The sky is the limit for you and the team!
