The Marketing Operations Associate is a key member of the Fishbowl Solutions marketing team. We are on the cutting edge of technology, using AI tools like Claude every day to accelerate content drafting, reporting, and campaign coordination. You will own responsibilities that impact demand for our products and services, partnering with Sales to create and implement marketing campaigns that influence customer and partner perception. You will be focused on streamlining our online assets, Eloqua marketing automation, and CRM to drive engagement and measurable results across website, social media, email, webinars, trade shows, and customer events. You will also serve as the internal liaison for our third-party business development partner and own our customer case study program end to end.
