What You'll Do
Media Relations & External Content
  • Support and help drive proactive media relations activities across trade, business, regional, and mainstream media.
  • Help develop external narratives, media pitches, press releases, media materials, and briefing documents.
  • Support preparation of senior leaders for media interviews, presentations and external engagements.
  • Monitor media trends, emerging issues, industry developments, and competitor positioning to help inform communications strategies and opportunities.
  • Conduct crisis/issues media monitoring and communications activities, as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with external agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Digital Channel Influence & Executive Visibility
  • Drive global social content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop engaging and differentiated content that strengthens thought leadership, recruitment, reputation, and brand visibility.
  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to support executive positioning and leadership visibility initiatives.
  • Help create scalable social media toolkits, guidance, and enablement materials for leaders and employees.
  • Support social listening, community management, trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and performance reporting to continuously optimize impact.
  • Help manage paid and organic social campaigns aligned with strategic brand and business priorities.
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives and help activate employees as authentic brand ambassadors.

Content, Campaigns & Corporate Storytelling
  • Create compelling multi-format content including social posts, leadership communications, videos, campaigns, media materials, and storytelling assets.
  • Partner closely with internal communications, site communications, HR, commercial teams, and subject matter experts to ensure strong alignment and amplification across channels and audiences.

Digital Innovation, Analytics & AI
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to help modernize workflows, content creation, analytics, and effective communications.
  • Track and analyze channel performance, media coverage, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness to help optimize communications activities.

What We're Looking For
  • 5 years+ of experience in external communications, content creation in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, corporate storytelling, executive communications, and social media strategy.
  • Experience supporting executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Deep familiarity with digital and social media platforms, including analytics and content optimization.
  • Hands-on content creator mindset - comfortable writing, editing, publishing, and managing content directly across multiple formats and channels.
  • Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, media monitoring tools, and creative/content platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Interest in AI tools and digital innovation within communications and content development.
  • Have a curious, experimental, and data-driven mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, cultures, and functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative global environment.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly valued.
