We are seeking a Web Content Manager to support IC-facing digital communications, website management, and AI-focused content development. This role requires a highly experienced professional with strong WordPress administration skills, strategic communications expertise, and demonstrated experience producing AI-related content and customer-facing digital materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and update website content using WordPress
  • Draft, edit, and publish AI-related blog posts and website articles
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry developments
  • Curate and highlight relevant articles, announcements, and customer-facing content
  • Develop and distribute newsletters and strategic communications materials
  • Coordinate content schedules and ensure timely publishing
  • Support light project management and stakeholder coordination as needed
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and editorial quality across all communications
REQUIREMENTS:
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum 10 years of experience administering and managing WordPress websites
  • Strong writing, editing, and strategic communications skills
  • Experience researching and producing content related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
  • Knowledge of content management, digital communications, and newsletter development
  • Microsoft AI Fundamentals certification or equivalent AI foundational knowledge
