Who will I be working with?In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.


What level Clearance do I need?You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in SharePoint content management, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. In addition, you will:

  • Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production
  • Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes
  • Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings
  • Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals
  • Other duties as assigned


What experience, training, and education do I need?

You mustmeet theminimumrequirements:

  • 4 years experience managing content and look/feel of SharePoint sites as a site collection administrator
  • At least 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • Masters degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; OR a Bachelors degree plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years experience
  • Bachelors degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline OR associates degree with 12 years experience in an intelligence discipline
  • Experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations
  • Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
  • Understanding of metadata
  • Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced
  • Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
