We are seeking aGEOBrandPartnershipsand ContentDistributionSpecialistto build and scale strategic partnerships that enhance ourbrandand contentfootprint. This role willidentify, negotiate, and manage thirdparty content distribution andco-createpartnerships that increase our brand's authority, visibility, and sentiment.


You willworkcrossfunctionallywithinMarketing,BusinessDevelopment,andotherteamsto craft a partner ecosystem that amplifies our most authoritative content, earnshightrustcitations, and improvesthe visibility of our brands.


Whatyou'lldohere:


Defineand launchthe GEO partnerships andcontentdistribution strategy

  • Build a GEO partner roadmap that maps core topics to highauthority destinations (trade journals, review sites, communities, research hubs) thatinfluence the largestAILLMs.
  • Define the partner selection framework (strategic fit, brand alignment, target segment overlap) andestablishpartner selection criteria: domain and topical authority, audience relevance, ability to host structured attribution, update cadence (recency), and governance compliance.
  • Build a partner network that can distribute content at scale:proactively scout, evaluateand pitch partnership opportunities acrosscontentcreators,publishers, distribution platforms,andindustryexperts.

Stakeholder Management &Influence

  • Partner with GEO/Brandleadership to tie partnership strategy into broader ecosystem ofmarketinginitiativesensuring buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Align partnership opportunities with Marketingteamgoals forbrandauthority, visibility, andsentiment.
  • Lead day-to-day relationship managementactivitiesamong partner network to foster strong, meaningfulrelationships.
  • Partner with internal Brand & Content, PR, Social teams to understand content priorities,content topics, and messaging pillars.
  • Work closely with Data & Analytics tooptimizeoverall partner performanceandconversion pathstoensurepartner marketinginitiativesare contributing meaningfully toprogram KPIs.

Measurement and reporting

  • Build dashboards thattrackpartner citations/mentions; inclusion in AI summaries/answers; entity consistency; link/canonicalintegrity; freshness/recency; referral traffic; assisted conversions; and brand sentiment shifts.
  • Run controlled tests on distribution formats, channels, and update cadence to isolate impact on AI inclusion and authority.
  • Report insights and ROI; refine the partner portfolio based on performance.

What you bringto the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7-10+ years in partnershipsdevelopment, content distribution/syndication, SEO/content marketing, or digital PR; experience with publishers, review sites, communities, or data/research partners is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating syndication orcomarketingpartnershipsthat resulted in measurable gainsin KPIs.
  • An eye foridentifyingopportunities across partners, marketingchannels,and tactics to drive meaningful outcomes forthebusiness.
  • Familiarity with tools for brand tracking, media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and analytics; exposure to podcast/audio indexing andvideo/YouTube optimization is beneficial.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
