Nous sommes une equipe en pleine croissance a la recherche de professionnels bilingues (anglais et francais) en gestion des medias sociaux, qui aiment participer a des conversations en ligne, creer du contenu engageant et contribuer a batir des communautes numeriques securitaires et accueillantes.

Nous cherchons des personnes disponibles pour travailler un melange des quarts suivants (incluant les fins de semaine) :

  • Jour : 8 h a 16 h - fuseau horaire central nord-americain

  • Soir : 16 h a minuit - fuseau horaire central nord-americain

  • Nuit : minuit a 8 h - fuseau horaire central nord-americain

Ce poste demande une bonne flexibilite pour travailler differents quarts, incluant soirs et fins de semaine.

Une excellente maitrise de l'anglais est essentielle, en plus du francais, puisque ce poste implique la gestion de contenus et de comptes en anglais et en francais, ainsi qu'une collaboration etroite avec des equipes internationales.

  • Moderer les commentaires et y repondre sur les plateformes sociales des clients, en respectant leur ton et voix de marque.

  • Rediger du contenu reflechi et engageant pour stimuler les conversations et augmenter l'engagement.

  • Contribuer a maintenir des communautes en ligne securitaires, respectueuses et alignees avec les directives des clients.

  • Identifier et escalader les enjeux, tendances ou insights a l'equipe interne au besoin.

  • Developper une comprehension solide des marques clientes : strategie, ton, public cible.

Ce que tu apportes a l'equipe

  • Excellentes habiletes en communication ecrite (orthographe, grammaire, clarte) en anglais et francais, avec une forte sensibilite culturelle.

  • Experience en gestion de plateformes sociales, particulierement en moderation et interaction.

About the Role

We're a fast-growing team looking for bilingual (English and French) social media professionals who enjoy engaging in online conversations, creating content that connects, and helping foster digital communities that are safe and welcoming.

We're looking for team members who are available to work a mix of the following shifts (including weekends):

  • Days: 8AM-4PM North American Central Time

  • Evenings: 4PM-12AM North American Central Time

  • Overnights: 12AM-8AM North American Central Time

This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Advanced proficiency in English is essential, in addition to French, as this role involves managing English and French-speaking content/accounts and collaborating closely with global teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voice

  • Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement

  • Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines

  • Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed

  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awareness

  • Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging

  • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences
