RCL is looking for a creative, social-first marketer to join the Reitmans Brand Marketing team. Passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building meaningful connections with audiences online, you'll play a key role in shaping how the Reitmans brand shows up across social media.

In this role, you'll bring campaigns, product stories, and seasonal moments to life through engaging content across social platforms. From identifying emerging trends and creating scroll-stopping content to analyzing performance and uncovering new opportunities, you'll help grow our social presence, deepen customer engagement, and ensure the Reitmans brand remains relevant, inspiring, and connected to our community.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand objectives, campaign priorities, and business goals.
  • Own and manage the social content calendar across platforms, ensuring consistent storytelling and engagement across key brand and commercial moments.
  • Lead the end-to-end content creation process, including briefing, capturing, editing, and publishing social-first content.
  • Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaign performance.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong content creation and video editing skills, with proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
