Job description

Advertising Sales Development Representative (Full-Cycle Closer – Commission-Only Start)

Stop chasing leads. Start owning your earnings.

VINIO Marketing is a high-performance digital marketing agency that delivers real, measurable growth for businesses through elite web design, SEO, PPC, social media domination, and content that converts.
We're building an elite team of SDR closers. If you're a proven hunter who lives for the hunt, owns your pipeline, and turns "no" into "not yet," this is your shot at uncapped income on your terms.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, 100% commission-only to start. Perfect for battle-tested sales pros who want full control over their schedule, income, and future. Crush it consistently? We transition top performers to W2 with base salary + commission + full benefits once milestones are hit.
What You'll Own
  • Prospect aggressively into businesses hungry for digital transformation (cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted sequences).
  • Run high-value discovery calls to expose massive pain points and untapped revenue opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualify, present customized solutions, handle objections, negotiate, and close signed proposals.
  • Deliver compelling, ROI focused presentations that make the value impossible to ignore.
  • Build long-term relationships with value-first follow-up, driving repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
Who We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
  • Proven closer track record: 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally digital marketing/agency services, SaaS, or high-ticket services (must have closed deals consistently).
  • Top notch communicator: confident on calls, sharp in writing, builds instant trust and rapport.
  • Self-disciplined remote machine: you thrive without micromanagement, stay organized in CRM and hit daily activity metrics.
  • Rejection-proof mindset: every "no" gets you closer to the next "yes", you feed on it.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: excited by pure commission with no floor (and no ceiling).
  • Bonus: Experience selling SEO/PPC/web design/social media packages or similar high-ticket digital services.
Compensation & Growth Path
  • Phase 1: 1099 Commission-Only: Generous uncapped 15% commission on every closed deal.
  • Phase 2: W2 Upgrade Hit and sustain aggressive but achievable milestones (e.g., consistent monthly revenue closed, pipeline velocity)? We bring you on as full-time W2 employee with competitive base salary + ongoing commission + benefits package (401k with 6% match, PTO).
  • Your hustle = your paycheck. No caps, accelerators for overperformance, and direct tie between effort/results and income.
Why Top Closers Choose VINIO
  • Remote freedom + flexible schedule. You run your day.
  • A results-obsessed team that shares playbooks, wins, and strategies (no lone wolves here).
  • Real support: proven messaging, tools, and training to accelerate your ramp.
  • High-ticket deals with serious buyer intent. Our clients invest big when they see the ROI.
  • Direct path to financial independence: build your book of business and scale your income.
If you're tired of mediocre base pay, capped commissions, or hand-holding and you're ready to bet on yourself, this is where elite closers come to dominate.
Apply if you're serious: Send your resume + a short note on your biggest/most recent sales win (deal size, cycle, how you closed it). Tell us why you're built for uncapped commission.
Let's see if you've got what it takes.
VINIO Marketing – Where real drive meets real results.
