Position Overview:
Praescient Analytics is seeking an Intelligence Content Site Manager, Senior to support an Army contract within the Data Capabilities Division (DCD) at Ft. Belvoir. You will lead the management of intelligence resources across multiple U.S. and multinational networks (including JWICS, SIPRNET, and NIPRNET) to ensure Army, joint, and coalition partners have timely access to critical intelligence products. You will bridge the gap between complex data architectures and the analysts who need them by organizing, structuring, and publishing content on platforms like Microsoft SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Intelligence Content Management: Research and identify relevant intelligence information to develop and maintain an index of web-based resources.
  • Platform Administration: Structure, display, and publish unstructured intelligence products on designated web platforms, primarily Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Quality Control: Conduct weekly checks of all links/URLs on DCD sites to identify and replace broken links, ensuring 100% validity of content.
  • Strategic Dissemination: Synchronize content across various DCD portals and product repositories to ensure the widest sharing of information with tactical units and multinational partners.
  • Operational Support: Maintain specialized "Crisis Knowledge Centers" during contingency operations or crisis events, populating them with relevant content within 5 business days of tasking.
  • Process Improvement: Align technology and processes to enable internal information sharing; shape workflows using centralized databases and records management systems.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports on usage metrics, performance, and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, with at least a portion of that experience occurring within the last 2 years.
  • Domain Expertise: At least 10 years of demonstrated experience working within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field OR
    • Associate's degree with 7 additional years of intelligence experience OR
    • High School Diploma with 9 additional years of intelligence experience.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI Level Clearance

Core Skills:
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight to define research approaches for high-level tasks.
  • In-depth understanding of knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries.
  • Strong ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments and tradecraft standards.
