We are seeking an experienced graphic designer specializing in Presentation Design to join our fun and wildly talented Creative & Content team. Highly successful candidates will have a breadth of presentation design experience, such as:
  • Building branded 16:9 templates in PowerPoint
  • Creating custom presentations with unique aspect ratios in Keynote
  • Elevating the effectiveness of an existing pitch deck through elegant layouts and thoughtful deployment of brand assets
  • Developing custom, in-show multimedia experiences that absolutely blow clients away

You're an ideal candidate if you:
  • Are confident developing custom presentations independently and with a mixed team of creatives-including writers, video producers, motion graphics artists, art directors, and creative directors
  • Have extensive experience working directly with C-, V-, and D-suite-level executives and are comfortable iterating in real time in high-pressure situations
  • Have a portfolio that includes presentations produced for live events
  • Understand what it means to meet clients where they are
  • Are in command of the design thinking behind your work
  • Are business-savvy
  • Excel at addressing feedback and refining work quickly

Every program has a different scope of work, audience, location, clients, and goals. While the primary responsibility of this role is to create smart, compelling presentations, highly motivated and influential designers may have opportunities to collaborate in other areas like branding, experience design, motion graphics, and video.
Successful candidates will have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related creative discipline; agency, entertainment, live events, or experiential experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides)
  • Command of typography, layout design, color theory, and other fundamental design principles
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present design concepts
  • Strong storytelling sense; excellent pacing of visuals to talking points for maximum emphasis
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
  • Experience designing presentations for executive-level audiences, live events, or high-visibility business communications preferred
  • Ability to travel for up to 7 days at a time
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: After Effects, Premiere, C4D, Dimension
  • Motion graphics, content development and writing, or video editing experience is a plus
