Job Purpose:

We seek a Global Content Delivery Manager who will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining organization’s digital and print range of content. Developing and ensuring content quality through the E2E content creation process. Including coordination of localization via the Production Hub.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Digital and Print asset management

  • Develop, create and manage digital content solutions

  • Provides brief for content and production studios

  • Working with various teams, including agencies and designers

  • Analyzing and organizing digital assets, including metadata, taxonomy, and tagging

  • Troubleshooting issues related to asset management

  • Coordinating photo rights management

  • Timely delivery of high-quality projects (QC)

  • Engage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelines

  • Coordinates with production and medical team on demand planning, content approval, production

  • Evaluate design

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements

  • More than 4 years of experience in content management

  • More than 5 years of experience in coordinating digital and printed content projects in a matrixed environment, working across multiple business units/multi country framework

  • Fluent English (oral and written) is required (C2)

  • Experience in using planning tools

  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry

  • Project Management strong background

  • Regional or global experience in developing and delivering digital and printed content

  • UX/UI knowledge

  • Ability to engage cross functionally with various stakeholders to drive the business forward

  • High communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail oriented

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with Agile method is a plus

  • Experience in CMS and Figma projects is a plus

  • Agency background or content management experience would be a strong asset (web design/digital creatives)

  • Additional languages are an advantage
