Champion adoption of new technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions; lead change that strengthens our content supply chain and ways of working.
Essential Skills/Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in Content Delivery, Marketing Operations, Digital Production, Creative Operations, Agency Management, or related disciplines
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively across matrixed and cross-functional organizations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, JIRA, DAM platforms, enterprise workflow tools, content governance and asset lifecycle best practices
  • Experience coordinating across internal creative studios, agencies, production vendors, and distributed delivery teams
  • Customer-focused, relationship-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working through change, transformation, and evolving ways of working
  • Curious and innovation-minded, with openness to AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and continuous improvement
