Job description

Company Description
Health NXT is a highly engaging, member-based community of successful healthcare practitioners, senior executives, entrepreneurs, and investors focused on iteration, innovation, and disruption of our current siloed, stifled, and stagnate health ecosystem. This by-invitation-only, intimate group gathers on a monthly basis for roundtable dinners and programs, tours of health facilities, presentations by entrepreneurs and change agents, culminating in regional innovation education programs and the Annual Summit.
The Health NXT Fund focuses on supporting seed/early growth round entrepreneurs with smart capital, where Health NXT members serve as advisors, board members, and pilot sites to give our entrepreneur members the best possible opportunity to gain traction and ultimate success.
This nationwide community currently has active groups in Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville, with expansion into Huntsville, Houston, DC, Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston in the coming months.
Job Description
For each of our monthly programs in each city:
  1. Research and find innovation speakers.
  2. Interview them in advance.
  3. Post a set of questionnaires on our LinkedIn private group.
  4. Ensure we capture each session on video/audio at the physical events.
  5. Get the content transcribed and turned into a position paper afterward.
  6. Work with our national team to invite world-class presenters to our regional LIVE educational programming and our two-day summit in October.
  7. Requires a strong understanding/background in healthcare, so perfect for anyone involved with a health-related publication, content arm of healthcare organizations, or a strong English major background unafraid of reaching out to global thought-and practice-leaders.
  8. Repurpose the captured content into audio and video posts, blogs, social media tiles, and support the marketing organization with world-class content.
  9. Conduct research projects of critical healthcare iteration, innovation and disruption topics from both current and future members.
  10. Polished, professional presence a must!

Qualifications
  • This is a highly professional, consultative, soft sell of our evolving value proposition.
  • We're testing this idea of a peer group of healthcare professionals/execs in multiple cities, so you must be super organized, diligent, and follow through to engage and influence the right profile to join us.
  • Ideal for professional recruiters or those who have sold professional services (consulting, accounting, tax, audit, architecture, engineering) in the past.
  • In a startup environment, critical that you're flexible, adaptive, and hustle - time is of the essence and we have critical milestones to achieve in 2019 and beyond.

Additional Information
Incredible flexibility (work from home, as long as there is a professional, polished home office for video calls), extremely low travel & we'll train you on all of our tools.
