Primary Role

Own the day-to-day execution of social media content and community engagement across company digital channels. The Content Coordinator executes the content calendar and campaign direction set by the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Specialist, with hands-on responsibility for daily posting, community management, and content optimization.


Responsibilities


Daily Content Execution

? Execute the content calendar across company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, other platforms as assigned).

? Publish scheduled posts on time and in line with brand guidelines.

? Optimize content based on platform best practices and performance trends.

Community Management

? Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions across platforms.

? Escalate priority community issues or sensitive comments to the Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.
? Support follower engagement and growth initiatives.

Reporting

? Prepare weekly reports on content calendar execution and follower engagement.

? Track post-level performance metrics to inform future content decisions.
Cross-Functional Coordination

? Coordinate with the Videographer on asset needs for scheduled posts.
? Support the Social Media Specialist with content priorities and campaign direction.

Requirements:

? 3+ years in social media coordination, content creation, or a related field
