Marketing Coordinator (Social + Content)
LOCATION: Dublin, OH (Hybrid)
REPORTS TO: Associate Marketing Director
SCHEDULE + AVAILABILITY:
Full-time (40 hrs/wk) salaried position with a hybrid schedule.
Typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, with flexibility for event content capture after hours + on weekends.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative, social-savvy Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brands to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment + is deeply tapped into culture, trends + audience behavior.
You'll support marketing and advertising efforts across all PENZONE brands - PENZONE Salons + Spas, Royal Rhino Club, L I T Life + Yoga + BASE ONE - working cross-functionally to execute campaigns, create content + engage our communities in meaningful ways.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Plan, produce + publish social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook + YouTube
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement - comments, DMs + audience interaction - for multiple brands
  • Track performance + report on social + content metrics, using insights to improve results
  • Support paid social campaigns through content development + execution
  • Create + coordinate content for blogs, video, email + web
  • Collaborate on event planning + execution, including on-site content capture
  • Coordinate PR initiatives such as TV appearances + press interviews
  • Help plan + execute brand photo shoots
  • Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Handle administrative + reporting tasks to keep projects on track

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Social Media Management
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or equivalent experience
  • Strong writing + editing skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across audiences
  • Deep familiarity with social platforms, trends + engagement strategies
  • Experience with social media scheduling, management + analytics
  • Comfortable creating photo + video content + being on camera
  • Event coordination experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of WordPress, Canva + Figma is a bonus
