Position Summary
RBCI is seeking a Container Technician Level III to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with the advanced maintenance, inspection, repair, alteration, overhaul, and certification of ISO containers and 3:1 Configurable Shelters in accordance with military and international standards. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in structural assessment, refurbishment, and compliance with regulatory and technical specifications.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) regulatory requirements and the certification process outlined in MIL-STD-3037
  • Leading complex repair operations, ensuring containers meet all safety and operational standards, and preparing documentation for certification and audit purposes.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior technicians, maintain compliance with evolving standards, and support logistics operations.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in maintenance, inspection repair, alteration, overhaul and certification of ISO containers and 3:1 Configurable Shelters.
  • Knowledge of CSC regulatory requirements for shipment of containers. Knowledge of the certification process in accordance with MIL-STD-3037.
  • 5.5.24.1.Required Skills and Certifications- Convention for Safe Containers (CSC), and ability to obtain ISPM 15 certification and certification to operate a 4-30k forklifts.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
