We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager, Consumer to manage a key segment of our consumer product portfolio. In this role, you will drive portfolio growth, lead product lifecycle initiatives, and collaborate across global teams to bring innovative products to market.

What You'll Do as our Product Manager, Consumer
  • Own and manage a defined consumer product portfolio, including assortment, profitability, and lifecycle strategy.
  • Work on product specifications, testing, making sure products are performing to specifications that you need.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead product launches, portfolio expansions, rationalizations, and end-of-life activities.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Use your analytical skills to triangulate data. You will gather data from numerous sources, connect the dots and build a whole picture.
  • Support commercial teams with product knowledge, tools, and market insights.
  • Monitor key business metrics including revenue, margin, market share, and portfolio performance.
  • Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For: Product Manager, Consumer
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Category Management.
  • Experience in Consumer Products, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG preferred.
  • Proven success leading portfolio extension, product launches, and geographic or channel expansions
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working within global or regional organizations.
