We are looking for individuals who are effective communicators, ambitious, and able to drive insights into actions that improve P&G's business results.

In this role you will gain practical hands-on experience with industry leading analytical tools and technologies. Your passion for Analytics and Insights will be nurtured by our culture of continuous learning and growth.

A full-time employee in this role would perform these responsibilities over the course of a 1.5 - 2-year assignment. As an intern, you will experience a subset of these responsibilities over a 3-month internship:

Mine multiple sources of data, derive impactful insights, and translate sophisticated results or algorithms into simple conclusions that empower the business to act and win with consumers! You deliver insights that will educate and influence key business decision-making with our Customer and Brand teams.

Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills such as curiosity, learning agility, and strong communication with analytical skills to convey insights and drive actions with your key business partners across levels and functions.

Day-to-day projects typically revolve around the following:

  • Communicating effectively across team members to align plans and solve problems

  • Delivering real time insights and influence key business decisions

Location: P&G Headquarters (Cincinnati) and Various U.S. Customer Business Center (Boston, Cumberland, Fayetteville, Mason, Minneapolis, Virginia Beach, etc.)


Duration: 12 Weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Students graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.

  • In process of obtaining a BS or MS in MIS, Computer Science, Industrial or Computer/Systems Engineering, Information Security, Applied Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Analytics, (or like degrees).

  • Proven use of technology to add business value.

  • Adept at using Analytics technologies and tools for solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions and actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others to act

  • Possess strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude

  • Proven capability to balance multiple priorities

  • Willingness to be geographically mobile - both during and after the internship - as we have roles across the United States.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $29 - $50
