Dental Care Alliance is hiring a full-time Field Marketing Coordinator for the Virginia area only.This person will develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans to increase patient referrals andtreatment completion through local networking and relationship building with area dental offices anddoctors. Plan and coordinate professional events for key audiences, develop meaningful social mediacontent and marketing materials. Responsibilities

Promoting and representing a brand to its target audience. Their primary responsibility is to buildand strengthen the brand's reputation, increase its visibility, and engage with consumers. Hereare the key activities and responsibilities of brand ambassadors: Promotion and Advocacy: Act as an enthusiastic advocate for the offices and its values. Content Creation: Go to offices and capture photos, videos, review for social mediaposts that feature the practice. Distribute this content directly on the practice pages and/orsubmit to the Brand Manager Events and Promotions: Represent the offices at events, trade shows, or otherpromotional activities. Assist with giveaways and other marketing initiatives. Feedback and Insights: Collect feedback from office managers and relay it to themarketing team. Provide insights into market trends, consumer preferences, andcompetitor activities in the markets you serve on a quarterly basis. Secret shop otherpractices. Social Media Collaboration: Identify influencers in the community and send back to thebrand team

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or related field. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies. Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior. Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis. Solid organizational skills and detail oriented. Experience in event coordination and planning. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to learn and utilize other softwareplatforms to enhance our marketing efforts. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel frequently Ability to work outside normal business hours occasionally is required. Events may beheld in evening hours or on weekends.
