Job description

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you won't just support campaigns, you will help drive performance, strengthen client partnerships, and bring data-driven marketing strategies to life for a dynamic portfolio of automotive clients.
As a Digital Analyst, you must possess superior communication skills and have keen insight into client service relationships and processes. You will work closely with our Team Leads to understand existing and prospective clients' needs to optimize their digital strategy. You will develop and maintain an understanding of the automotive industry, products/services, strategic communication, and planning. You are highly organized, task- and detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.
This is a full-time, remote, salaried position. Candidates must reside in the continental U.S., no time zone preference, all welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Team Lead to provide a transparent and seamless experience for clients throughout all aspects of the Client Experience
  • Audit digital accounts for anomalies including, ensure best practices are being leveraged in digital accounts, compare performance to benchmarks, perform basic optimizations to ensure customer success
  • Run analyses to highlight performance improvements
  • Support monthly recurring work across all accounts, including mid-month pacing and performance checks, Facebook adjustments and video campaign adjustments
  • Maintain constant communication with internal teams on account status and current work-in-progress deliverables
  • Answer client questions and resolve issues in a timely manner

Additional Responsibilities
  • Know clients' markets, goals, and how to track progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the automotive industry, company culture, products/services, and strategic communication planning

Requirements
  • BS or BA, preferred
  • 1-2 years' professional experience, in Customer Service-related field, preferred
  • Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing and/or Customer Service experience, a plus
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads experience, preferred
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides and Docs
  • Extremely organized, task, and detailed-oriented
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must be a critical thinker
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated ability to write, listen and articulate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure

Compensation
