Anthropologie Group is looking for a Director of Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing! The Director of Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing is a visionary, culturally connected, and executive-minded leader responsible for shaping and championing the consumer journey across the Anthropologie Group portfolio (Apparel, Home, Maeve, Weddings, and Terrain). In this role, you will stand up, lead, and scale a world-class strategy team while driving high-level organizational alignment to define and execute our seasonal and brand-level narratives.
As a senior leader, you excel at translating strategic vision into operational reality. You are deeply tapped into fashion, social behavior, and emerging cultural trends, with a proven ability to turn product stories into conversation driving brand moments. Anthropologie thrives on collaboration; as Director, you will serve as a trusted partner across the business-bringing teams together and empowering your team to build cohesive, high impact marketing plans across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Role Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Stand up, build, and mentor a high performing Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing team, defining team structure, workflows, and individual career growth pathways.
  • Foster an empowered, collaborative, and solution oriented culture that equips team members to lead campaign execution with clarity and autonomy.
  • Balance team bandwidth, guide talent growth, and maintain high standards across all Anthropologie Group categories.
Strategic Vision & Executive Alignment
  • Architect the multi year brand strategy and seasonal frameworks that anchor our brand positioning across every customer touchpoint.
  • Present and socialize high level strategies with executive leadership, securing alignment and driving cross functional buy in before execution begins.
  • Keep a pulse on cultural shifts, consumer behavior, and business trends to spot new, exciting growth opportunities for the brand.
Cross Functional Alignment & Campaign Integration
  • Serve as a strategic peer to Buying, Merchandising, and Creative leaders to balance and prioritize storytelling across Apparel, Home, Maeve, Weddings, and Terrain.
  • Unite Brand, Social, Digital, and Marketing Operations teams around cohesive strategy plans each season.
  • Oversee the strategic positioning for tier one brand partnerships, artist collaborations, and vendor co-op opportunities, maximizing earned media and brand authority.
Measurement, Optimization & Innovation
  • Set clear benchmarks to track brand health, campaign success, and customer growth across all channels.
  • Lead post-campaign recaps with leadership, turning performance data into actionable insights for upcoming seasons.
  • Collaborate with the media team to smartly allocate our budget and refine tools, creating a flexible environment where we can test, adapt, and drive strong results.

Role Qualifications
  • Executive Leadership & Team Building: Proven track record of standing up, mentoring, and scaling high performing marketing strategy teams within a complex retail or lifestyle brand environment.
  • Strategic Influence & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to inspire, influence, and align senior executive leadership (Creative, Buying, Merchandising, Digital, Operations) around a unified vision.
  • Cultural Mastery & Brand Vision: Deep expertise in fashion, storytelling, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms, with strong instincts for what makes campaigns emotionally resonant and culturally dominant.
  • Brand Strategy & Commercial Balance: Mastery of balancing elevated brand storytelling with commercial goals, resource allocation, and measurable business growth.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant marketing or brand strategy roles, preferably within a retail or lifestyle brand environment.
