What is a consulting practice manager?

Consulting Practice Managers are professionals who lead and manage a team of consultants within a specific practice area or industry. They are responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business development within their division. Their role often includes recruiting and mentoring consultants, managing budgets, and developing strategies to grow their practice. Consulting Practice Managers act as a bridge between clients and their consulting teams, ensuring high-quality service and results.
