About The Role:

We are a growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic serving the Central New Jersey community. We specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments designed to help clients look and feel their best in a professional, welcoming environment.

Our services include cosmetic injectables, laser hair removal, RF microneedling, facials, medical weight loss programs, IV therapy, and medical-grade skincare. Our mission is to provide personalized aesthetic care using advanced technology and experienced providers while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations, support our team, and help drive practice success.


Position Summary

The Practice Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the med spa while ensuring a smooth workflow, strong team performance, and a high-quality patient experience. This role requires a motivated leader who is comfortable managing staff, supporting providers, and contributing to business growth.

The ideal candidate has experience in medical aesthetics, medical spa management, dermatology, or cosmetic practices and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and clinic workflow

  • Lead and support front desk and clinical support staff

  • Help drive revenue through memberships, treatment plans, and retail offerings

  • Track key performance metrics such as revenue, service utilization, and retail sales

  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up

  • Coordinate provider schedules and support efficient clinic productivity

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships

  • Maintain compliance with medical spa policies and industry standards

  • Collaborate with ownership on marketing initiatives and growth strategies


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing a medical spa, aesthetic practice, dermatology clinic, or similar environment

  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments including injectables, lasers, and skincare services

  • Proven ability to support sales performance and practice growth

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and POS systems

  • Ability to manage a busy, fast-paced clinic environment
