In this role, you will:ย 

Client Delivery

  • Provide billable consulting services to clients by serving as a trusted advisor to executives, contributing to roadmaps aligned to business goals, understanding financial implications, and educating leaders on key relevant industry trends.
  • Ensure delivery excellence in client engagements, including stakeholder alignment, milestone achievement, and budget governance.
  • Manage financial performance for multiple projects and provide portfolio level visibility by supporting margin performance, revenue forecasting, and risk identification.
  • Participate in project steering committees, supporting executive oversight and coaching project leaders on client management and communication.
  • Demonstrate a trusted advisor presence by leading high-quality client delivery, exercising sound financial stewardship, and contributing to market-facing activities.

Business Development & Growth

  • Drive new business opportunities through networking, thought leadership, and brand-building in the local market.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying new ways to create value and positioning the full breadth of Centric's offerings.
  • Build repeatable growth models that allow us to scale service offerings sustainably, protecting capacity, talent health, and delivery quality while growing.
  • Lead sales pursuits in collaboration with local and national leadership, from proposal development to contract execution.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Centric brand through community engagement, civic leadership, and active participation in the professional ecosystem.

Practice Management & Talent Development

  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing consulting team; set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and support career development.
  • Contribute to internal firm initiatives, knowledge sharing, and innovation efforts to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring team members feel valued, recognized, and supported in their growth.
  • Champion Centric's Core Purpose and Core Values in all aspects of practice management, employee development, client service, and civic engagement.ย 

Who You Are:ย 

  • Proven experience in management consulting and/or technology delivery, with increasing levels of leadership responsibility.
  • Track record of building and growing client accounts, including direct sales and account management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams under pressure, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business and/or technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives and influence stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.ย
