Job description

Practice Manager

The Med Spa of Flower Mound | Flower Mound, TX | Full Time, On Site

  • Location: Flower Mound, TX — on site, no remote or hybrid option
  • Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 30 minutes before open through close
  • Reports to: Practice Owner
  • Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, plus benefits

About Us

The Med Spa of Flower Mound is a boutique medical aesthetics practice serving Flower Mound and the greater DFW area. We offer injectables, Sciton laser and light treatments, microneedling, medical-grade skincare, HRT and wellness, medical weight loss, and regenerative treatments. Many of our patients have trusted us with their care for six or seven years, and we are committed to keeping the close-knit culture that got us here as we grow.

The Role

Our owner is also our lead injector, which means she spends most of her day with patients. We need a Practice Manager who runs the business side like it belongs to her — keeping the practice moving, holding the team to a standard, watching the numbers, and bringing solutions instead of questions.

What You'll Own

  • Daily clinic operations, and the standard for professionalism and service
  • Supervising, coaching, and developing front desk and patient care coordination staff
  • Accountability for providers and staff, including the difficult conversations
  • Inventory — product and injectable levels, ordering, waste, and reconciliation
  • Keeping provider schedules full through outreach, rebooking, and consultation follow-up
  • KPIs and growth, working alongside our marketing partner on promotions and memberships
  • Escalated patient concerns, compliance, and confidentiality

What You Bring

  • Three to five years of practice management experience in a medical, aesthetic, or dental setting
  • Proven experience supervising a team — hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Proven experience growing a practice — provider revenue per hour, clinic sales, practice revenue
  • Business acumen: you understand how a practice makes money and where it loses money
  • Organizational discipline, sound judgment, and discretion in a patient-facing medical environment
  • Ability to be fully present on site, five days a week

Med spa experience and working knowledge of Aesthetic Record are preferred.

Who Thrives Here

You take ownership without being asked. You are warm with patients and direct with your team, and you don't confuse being kind with avoiding hard conversations. This role is administrative leadership, full time — if your goal is to be treating patients, this is not the right seat.

How to Apply

Apply with your resume through this posting. Our recruiting partner, Gro HR Consulting, is managing this search and will reach out to qualified candidates directly.

The role requires standing and walking throughout the spa including stairs, lifting up to 30 pounds, and frequent computer and phone work. The Med Spa of Flower Mound is an equal opportunity employer.
