Senior Director, Epicor Consulting Practice
This is not a "keep the lights on" role.
As Senior Director, Epicor Consulting Practice, you'll lead, scale, and evolve our Epicor ERP practice-setting strategy, growing revenue, developing leaders, and ensuring clients don't just implement Epicor... they win with it.
You'll sit at the leadership table as a trusted executive advisor, oversee complex transformation programs, and continuously improve how Epicor services are delivered. Translation: you set the direction, remove obstacles, and help your team do the best work of their careers.

What You'll Do
  • Own and execute the strategic roadmap for the Epicor practice
  • Drive revenue through new opportunities, deeper client relationships, and cross-selling
  • Act as executive sponsor on key accounts and high-stakes engagements
  • Ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and without unnecessary drama
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top Epicor consulting talent
  • Lead business process transformation and change management efforts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and client leadership
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of consulting experience; 3+ years leading large teams
  • Proven success with large-scale ERP implementations (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
  • Strong ERP expertise (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Executive-level communication and leadership skills
  • Calm under pressure, confident in complexity, comfortable leading change
