Why the Role Is Important: 

NTT DATA's IDSP consultants work closely with clients on initiatives to balance demand and supply by helping them design their demand and supply planning processes, overlay enabling technology, and ultimately, implement the executive Integrated Demand and Supply Planning process. 

 

Once You Are Here, You Will: 
Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering Planning solutions to our clients.

Conduct standard business / technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs.

Set engagement objectives and scope followed by development of detailed project plans to meet specific needs of each client and engagement.

Support sales of NTT DATA Supply Chain service offerings.

Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members.

Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust.

Responsibility for review and approval of all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW.

Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc) that support NTT DATA's overall brand and positioning.

Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable.

Travel 30-80% based on project requirements and/or client demand.

 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major.

5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning and/or inventory management within a consulting and/or equivalent environment.

3+ years of experience working within Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Preferred Skills: 
Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience in supply chain consulting

Experience in supply chain operations 

Experience using AI to aid in supply chain efficiency 

Experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives

Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.

Experience using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.

Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, e.g. Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup, O9, etc.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this hybrid role is $111,172-$205,875. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.  This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
