Job Summary
Consulting Manager role in a global organization focusing on SAP driven transformation programs for process and industrial manufacturing clients. The role involves managing complex hybrid delivery engagements guiding cross functional teams and ensuring robust SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency quality and compliance for enterprise scale customers.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end SAP consulting engagements for process and industrial manufacturing clients ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations
  • Drive discovery and blueprint phases to translate client manufacturing processes into robust SAP designs that support efficiency quality and safety
  • Coordinate cross functional SAP teams to configure test and deploy solutions that optimize production planning shop floor execution and inventory control
  • Guide client stakeholders on adopting standardized manufacturing best practices in SAP to improve throughput reduce waste and enhance traceability
  • Oversee integration of SAP modules with plant systems and enterprise platforms to ensure accurate data flows across procurement production maintenance and finance
  • Monitor project progress risk and issue logs to ensure timely delivery of milestones within agreed quality and budget constraints
  • Develop reusable SAP templates accelerators and process maps tailored to process manufacturing and industrial manufacturing scenarios
  • Collaborate with business users to design and validate test cases that reflect real life production scenarios and compliance needs
  • Provide direction on SAP master data strategy for materials batches equipment and work centers to support reliable manufacturing analytics
  • Support change management initiatives by preparing training content and guiding key users through new SAP enabled ways of working
  • Analyze production and operational data from SAP to identify improvement opportunities and recommend continuous enhancement initiatives
  • Engage with internal teams to share project learnings and contribute to knowledge repositories focused on manufacturing and SAP topics
  • Align daily work with company sustainability and safety goals by promoting SAP processes that reduce resource consumption and support responsible operations

Qualifications
  • Require extensive experience in SAP solutions relevant to manufacturing such as planning execution quality maintenance and related areas
  • Require strong background in process manufacturing and industrial manufacturing environments with exposure to complex plant operations and compliance
  • Require proven experience in managing consulting assignments for large enterprise clients with emphasis on structured delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Require ability to interpret manufacturing key performance indicators and map them to SAP functionalities that support measurable improvement
