We are seeking a Manager Consultant to support our clients' AI transformation journeys while contributing to the continued growth of our AI Advisory practice. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting and client engagement experience with a solid product management foundation and a passion for helping organizations leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.

This role is responsible for partnering with clients to understand business objectives, develop AI strategies, and deliver innovative technology solutions. What Work You Will Be Responsible For
  • Support client engagements from discovery through implementation, helping clients identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to achieve business objectives.

  • Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technology and AI solutions.

  • Assist in developing AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations aligned with client priorities and organizational goals.

  • Apply product management and product ownership principles to define, prioritize, and manage solution roadmaps, backlogs, and feature delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery while balancing business priorities, technical considerations, and user needs.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to help drive delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of AI technologies, product management frameworks, market trends, and enterprise platforms across multiple industries.

  • Identify project risks, communicate recommendations proactively, and help ensure successful delivery within established timelines and scope.

  • Contribute to business development activities by supporting proposals, client presentations, and solution discussions.

  • Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to staff and senior consultants while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

  • Collaborate across EisnerAmper service lines to deliver integrated solutions that provide long-term value to clients.

  • May be required to occasionally work extended hours or travel to client locations and/or firm offices.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 6-8 years of experience in consulting, product management, technology, or digital transformation roles, including experience in client-facing environments.

  • 3+ years of experience working with data platforms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or related technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments and collaborating with technical delivery teams.

  • Experience with Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions.

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder prioritization.

  • Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions and delivering software products that meet customer needs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and modern technology ecosystems is a plus.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to staying current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
