Required clearance:ย No
Required education:ย Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Security, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in risk and compliance analysis. ย 
Description:
  • Track program financials, budgets, and funding streams, ensuring alignment with DoD financial planning cycles and interagency funding sources.
  • Conduct financial performance reviews, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
  • Submit quarterly Financial Oversight & Budget Utilization Report, providing insights on expenditures, budgetary adjustments, and funding efficiency.
  • Required Experience:ย 
  • Possess the knowledge and capability to assess programmatic risks, ensure compliance with DoD governance frameworks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Must be proficient in risk assessment methodologies, compliance audits, and regulatory requirements, including DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP.
  • Must have strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to federal security and compliance mandates.
  • Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies, security control implementation, and program governance audits is required.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Lean Six, PMP, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP.
