Als Medical Software Consultant Radiologie ondersteun je ziekenhuizen bij het optimaal inzetten van onze software HiX binnen afdelingen voor beeldvorming en functionele diagnostiek. Je verdiept je in de klinische en administratieve processen binnen Radiologie, Nucleaire Geneeskunde en andere diagnostische diensten, en vertaalt deze naar efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen binnen HiX.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met zorgprofessionals en begeleid je hen tijdens het volledige implementatietraject. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een sterke klantgerichtheid en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van zorgprocessen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van zorgprocessen binnen radiologie en andere diagnostische diensten
  • Vertalen van klinische workflows naar een efficiënte inrichting van HiX
  • Adviseren over de integratie van verschillende processen en systemen binnen één geheel
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van andere modules en disciplines
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij inhoudelijke vragen en functionele analyses

Je werkt niet alleen nauw samen met directe collega’s, maar hebt ook regelmatig overleg met andere afdelingen in België en Nederland. Je werkdag

Je start de dag met een korte babbel met collega’s en gaat daarna aan de slag met het analyseren van klantenvragen. Je onderzoekt problemen, denkt mee over oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en correct geholpen worden. Dankzij de variatie in vragen blijft de job uitdagend en leerrijk. De ene keer begeleid je een klant inhoudelijk of toets je functionaliteiten af aan regelgeving, de andere keer stem je wijzigingsverzoeken af met ontwikkelaars. Na implementaties test je aanpassingen grondig en zorg je ervoor dat gebruikers er meteen mee aan de slag kunnen. Ook opleidingen en kennisdeling maken deel uit van je rol.

Wie ben jij?
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in een zorg- of IT-richting
  • Je hebt affiniteit met of ervaring binnen de gezondheidszorg en/of IT
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op binnen projecten
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en disciplines
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
