Full-time W2, Consulting/Implementation Lead

Hybrid – Onsite as required with national travel flexibility

  • Initial Engagement: Sept 2026 – Sept 2027 (Ohio based client)
  • Future Scope: Long-term consulting projects on enterprise revenue cycle implementations
  • Hybrid: 1–2 onsite meetings per week during active implementation phases.
  • Variable utilization (60–70% during build; shifts to 20–30% during post-go-live stabilization).
  • Travel required for client meetings; fully expensed.

The Project Executive will serve as Currance’s Project Scope Manager and strategic revenue cycle liaison during Oracle Health Patient Accounting implementation projects & other revenue cycle optimization initiatives. This leader participates in executive steering committee meetings, business office design sessions, and represents revenue cycle across client-facing interactions throughout design, build, testing, and post-go-live phases.

Primary responsibility: Provide revenue cycle expertise to guide strategic direction, support system performance and operational readiness requirements, and mitigate risks across design and deployment activities. This role champions revenue cycle objectives through collaboration with client executives, Oracle project teams, and Currance consulting resources.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

Act as Project Scope Manager and trusted advisor for revenue cycle leadership throughout Oracle Health implementation.

Participate in:

  • Executive steering committee meetings
  • Business office design sessions
  • Core revenue cycle strategic reviews·

Serve as liaison to hospital leadership, ensuring project plans reflect operational RCM priorities and compliance standards.

Drive strategic direction and process decision-making in alignment with client goals, contractual obligations, and system capabilities.

Champion the project across all downstream revenue cycle functions to support organizational readiness.


Collaborate closely with:

  • Oracle project management and executive teams
  • Currance consultative teams managing day-to-day project deployment

Ensure departmental alignment and common goals across PFS and back-office RCM operations.

Prevent and resolve competing priorities within revenue cycle scope; confirm adequate staffing for all key activities:

  • Design sessions
  • Testing and validation cycles
  • Training readiness
  • Go-live support activities

Represent revenue cycle during project-level issue escalation, risk mitigation planning, and barrier resolution.

Hold revenue cycle teams accountable for deliverables and milestone achievement.

Participate directly in system design reviews and testing sessions as needed.

Requirements:Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years in Revenue Cycle Management with Oracle/Cerner RevElate leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in Oracle/Cerner implementation, optimization, and enterprise-scale project leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of backend functions: charge capture, CDM, reimbursement policy compliance, and workflow design.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; ability to influence at C-suite level.
