Superintendent Opportunity

DeLeers Construction is expanding our team! We currently have an opening for an experienced Superintendent who will be involved in both commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include being the on-site lead on multiple projects, communicating with the project managers, trade partners, and DeLeers crew leads to answer questions and ensure the project is completed safely, on-time and within budget. Projects are all unique commercial projects (office spaces, religious, restaurants, etc.) and includes high end residential projects as well. Superintendents are also responsible for the safety on the project site, ensuring all trade partners and employees are following OSHA and DeLeers safety requirements. Some hands on work will be required.

Superintendents also receive a company truck and must have a valid drivers license and meet DeLeers Safe Driver standards.

Successful candidates must have prior experience in all areas of carpentry including framing, siding, and finish/trim work. Must have superior problem solving and organizational skills and be computer literate. Professional communication skills to talk with field associates, trade partners, and owners is required. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience with leadership, project management, or superintendent work.
