  • Learn new civil construction skills through direct mentorship from experienced field leaders.
  • Prepare and clear jobsite areas by removing debris and organizing specialized building materials.
  • Support field operations by operating basic hand tools and specialized site infrastructure equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with your field crew to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.


Required Qualifications & Experience
