Working closely with Marketing, Preconstruction, Operations, and executive leadership, you'll coordinate multiple pursuits, manage proposal schedules, edit technical content, and deliver polished submissions that reflect Imperial's commitment to quality.

What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- We recognize that exceptional proposal writers come from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds. Candidates with strong, demonstrated experience are encouraged to apply.
- Three to five years of proposal writing, technical writing, marketing, or related experience preferred
- Experience coordinating complex, deadline-driven documents involving multiple contributors
- Commercial construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
