Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: San Antonio Texas

Travel: Some required to manage out of area projects

Position Start: Immediate

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Buy-out projects
  • Handle monthly GC pay applications
  • Write scope of works
  • Write AIA subcontracts
  • Maintain and monitor overall construction schedule
  • Coordinate with Project Superintendents
  • Communicate with Bank Reps, Owners, and Franchises

  • Help senior project managers manage 2-3 medium-size projects ($ 1- 7 Million each)

  • Perform quantity takeoffs for materials to be ordered
  • Handle submittals reviews and approval process

  • Help onsite with development of punch list and punch list completion
