Job description

We are a family-owned appliance distribution company based in Southern California, proudly serving builders and contractors for over 53 years. We coordinate appliance deliveries across active residential and commercial construction projects throughout the region.

We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator to join our team. No appliance experience required, if you're organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things on track, we want to hear from you.

The person filling this role will keep the assigned projects moving, organizing work schedules, processing orders, communicating with builders and internal teams, and solving problems as they arise. Managing a portfolio of active projects, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Track projects & schedules

  • Maintain project schedules and delivery timelines
  • Communicate regularly with builders and job site contacts
  • Monitor schedule changes and flag delays early

Manage orders

  • Enter and process orders in our ERP system
  • Verify model numbers, finishes, pricing, and delivery details for accuracy
  • Track change orders and approved substitutions

Coordinate across teams

  • Work with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting
  • Confirm product availability and align deliveries with installation crews
  • Keep everyone informed of project status and schedule changes

Solve problems

  • Identify and resolve issues as they arise
  • Escalate blockers early with solutions in hand
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records for all projects

Must have

  • 3-5 years of work experience
