Job description

We are seeking Project Managers who are hands-on delivery leaders, not project administrators. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, accountable, and capable of independently driving projects from initiation through completion. They must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying risks early, and ensuring projects remain on track with minimal supervision.

While this is not a Senior PM role, we are still looking for individuals who demonstrate strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to drive execution. The successful candidate understands that project management is more than maintaining schedules and holding meetingsโ€”it is about delivering business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms.
