TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring an experienced General Construction Operator for a growing construction company in Jeffersonville, IN.
We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual with a strong background in general construction who can work independently while delivering quality workmanship.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Measure, cut, and install lumber and other building materials according to project specifications.
  • Assist with framing, demolition, remodeling, repairs, and site preparation.
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Inspect tools and equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Follow project plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
  • Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as required.
Who We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in general construction or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and lumber.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
  • OSHA 10 Certification is an asset but not required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding construction work.
