About the Role:
We are seeking a Bilingual Executive Office Assistant to help keep our busy construction office running smoothly. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience while supporting an executive in organizing day-to-day tasks. The role will primarily focus on managing emails, answering phone calls, and maintaining organization within the office. If you're a young professional with great multitasking abilities and a knack for staying organized, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Assist in sorting, prioritizing, and responding to emails on behalf of the executive

  • Phone Support: Handle incoming calls, take messages, and help manage communications

  • Scheduling & Organization: Keep the executiveโ€™s calendar organized, set up appointments, and ensure deadlines are met

  • Document Management: File and organize important documents, reports, and spreadsheets

  • General Administrative Support: Perform other office tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, and responding to bids/RFPs

  • Communication: Interact with clients, contractors, and team members in a professional and polite manner via phone, email, and mail

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (must be fluent in both)

  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License

  • Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required
