Job description

Enterprise Training School is seeking a full-time (32 hr/wk), on-site Office Administrator to join our team in Nottingham, MD. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing professional, friendly, and helpful customer service.

Schedule:

Mondayโ€“Thursday: 10:30 AMโ€“5:30 PM

Friday: 11:00 AMโ€“3:00 PM

32 hours per week

Pay: $22.00 per hour

A major part of this role involves communicating with customers by telephone and email. The successful candidate must have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills and be comfortable assisting customers with questions, registrations, account issues, and other needs. The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm, courteous, and professional when working with customers at all times.

In addition to customer service, the Office Administrator will provide general administrative support, maintain accurate records, and help support the day-to-day operations of the office. Strong attention to detail is a must, as accuracy and thoroughness are essential to successfully performing the responsibilities of this position.
