What does a construction night worker do?

A Construction Night worker is responsible for performing construction tasks during nighttime hours, which may include building, repairing, or maintaining structures and infrastructure. Their duties can involve operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring worksite safety when most other workers are off-site. Working at night can help avoid daytime traffic and minimize disruptions to businesses or the public. Night shifts often require additional attention to lighting, safety protocols, and communication. Construction Night workers must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in low-light conditions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a construction night worker, and why are they important?
