Job description

Rohadfox Construction Control Management is seeking a Florida Registered PE for a Construction Manager role. The CM supports the Senior Construction Manager in leading the delivery processes, tools, and execution of construction projects within the program. This role will align to support construction activities as requested to meet the overall delivery needs of the program.


Here’s What You’ll Need:

·       Bachelor's or 4 Year Degree in Construction Engr, Civil Engr, Construction Mgt, or related degree.

·       15 plus years of progressively challenging leadership experience on major construction projects

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects as Construction Manager on a project of $50M+.

·       Experience with water treatment plant projects.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

·       Self-motivated professional with a proven track record of successfully leading the construction phase of utility and treatment plant projects.

·       Must be proficient in the use of computer, to prepare reports using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.

·       Excellent working knowledge of construction scheduling. P6 in particular

·       Must be proficient with web-based construction document management platforms.

·       Must have highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent team leader and team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.

·       Florida Registered PE and/or CCM preferred.
