Job description

We are in search of a special individual who seeks a career in custom home sales. Candidate should be outgoing, have a positive attitude, and like dealing with people.

Job duties will be providing sales and construction administrative support as well as interacting with clients and prospective clients. Some construction knowledge would be a benefit but not a requirement.

You will learn the new home sales process including exterior and interior home design, home options, pricing, site work estimating and how to sell a home start to finish.

This is a full time position; our offices are open Mon-Sat. This job can lead to a position as a Sales Manager with average income in the six figures. Sales Manager position may require relocation to a different area in the future.

Job includes excellent salary plus commissions, 401K, Company paid health insurance, dental, vision, and vacation with excellent work environment.
