Premier Construction Group, Inc. is a well-established commercial general contractor located in Dillsburg, PA. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Construction Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career construction professional looking to grow within a respected commercial construction company.


Position Summary

The Junior Construction Estimator will support the estimating team by assisting with quantity takeoffs, document review, and proposal preparation. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the commercial estimating process while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $47,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
