Location: Medley, Florida

Are you an experienced CDL Driver looking for an opportunity to work with a growing company and be part of important infrastructure projects? RTech Engineering is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team.

Who We Are

RTech Engineering specializes in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and electrical contracting. Our team works on roadway and technology infrastructure projects, including toll systems, traffic signals, roadway signage, fiber optics, communication networks, electrical systems, and underground infrastructure.

We are looking for a qualified CDL Driver who is ready to support our field operations and become an important part of our construction team.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and transport company vehicles and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely.
  • Maintain required vehicle inspection reports and other applicable documentation.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment when needed.
  • Support construction crews and field operations as required.
  • Follow all company, DOT, and job site safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
  • English and Spanish fluency is required.
  • Clean and safe driving record.
  • Previous experience operating commercial vehicles and transporting construction materials or equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
