Best in Business, 2022THE POSITION: We're hiring a dependable Driver to support our purchasing department with daily pickups and deliveries. You'll pick up will-call orders from vendors, move materials and equipment from jobsite to jobsite, and make sure the paperwork behind every run gets back to purchasing accurately. This is an on-site position with a company vehicle.RESPONSIBILITIES:Pick up will-call and stock orders from vendors and suppliers on a daily routePick up and transfer materials, tools, and equipment from jobsite to jobsite as project needs shiftMaintain accountability of all tools and equipment per CSE policy, including check-out/check-in and periodic inventory Deliver materials and supplies to jobsites, the warehouse, and other designated locations on scheduleVerify order accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips before leaving the vendor or jobsiteReturn signed packing slips, receipts, transfer forms, and delivery confirmations to purchasing promptlyFlag shortages, damaged goods, back orders, and substitutions to the purchasing team immediatelyLoad and unload vehicles safely, securing loads properly for transportAssist with receiving, staging, labeling, and general warehouse organization between runsPerform daily vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and service-currentCoordinate route changes, jobsite-to-jobsite transfers, and rush requests with purchasing throughout the dayQUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of driving experience in a delivery, courier, warehouse, or materials roleValid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record; must meet company insurance requirementsFamiliarity with purchase orders, packing slips, and material transfer documentationComfortable with Microsoft 365 basics - Outlook, Teams, and simple mobile data entryAble to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet throughout the dayComfortable working in and around active jobsites and following site safety requirementsStrong sense of urgency, accuracy with paperwork, and clear communication with vendors, field crews, and office staffGood local-area navigation skills and reliable, on-time attendanceForklift certification, DOT experience, or construction/industrial materials knowledge a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentPay Range: $20 - $22 per HourWHAT WE OFFER:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Generous benefits - including one health insurance plan at $0 cost to the employee only401k with 6% company match, 100% vested at 6 monthsVacation / PTO starting at 3 weeks per yearPaid holidays - beginning immediatelyFun, employee-oriented cultureExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesOpportunities to give back to the communityStable, long-term career - not just another jobTools you need to succeed - technology, training, supportOUR CORE VALUESCommunity, Dependability, Innovation, Positivity, Quality, and SafetyBRING YOUR FRIENDSEarn up to $1,500 bonus for every person you bring to work for CSE.
