Job description

We're a custom Deck and Outdoor Living Space Builder looking for a reliable, hard-working Full Time Construction Driver / Material Runner with Strong Trailer Skills to join our team.


We want someone who can wear many hats such as make a plan and be accountable for their day, have a friendly and professional face in front of our clients and also be able to physically load and unload heavy concrete and lumber. There is some light tech stuff like: scanning items in and out of inventory, taking pictures on the jobsites and using email and google calendars.


The driving requirements of the position are towing and backing trailers up to 25ft into tight spots and being comfortable on tight and winding mountain roads. Must have experience hauling and backing in bumper pulls and gooseneck trailers. Bonus if you have hauled roll off dumpsters.


Here’s What You’ll Do:

- Use our trucks to set up/tear down jobsites (towing roll off dumpsters, materials, equipment)
- Make sure our crews have what they need – (materials, tools, paperwork, etc)
- Make material pick up and return runs to various vendors
- Plan, schedule, stay ahead of issues and keep jobsites organized and flowing
- Perform monthly maintenance on trailers, trucks and equipment.
- Starting pay is $26 per hour with performance bonuses tied to results

· Physically fit – must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
· Organized and can take direction, think a step or two ahead, troubleshoot and present workable solutions
· Level-headed – Jobsite logistics are sometimes subject to surprise changes, we need you to roll with the punches
· Communication – Informed and constant communication with our project leads, clients and vendors
· Solid work ethic and dedication to getting things done right and in a timely manner
· Positive and Professional workplace attitude is a must (this includes no drugs or alcohol on site)
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and vehicle insurance
· General Liability Insurance
· Must pass a background check
